By accessing or using the Voya website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on cancellations and refunds. Cancellation charges apply based on the notice period before the departure date.

4. Travel Documents

It is the passenger's sole responsibility to ensure they hold a valid passport, visa, and all required travel documents. Voya provides visa assistance as a service but cannot guarantee visa approval from any embassy or consulate.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. Some packages include basic travel insurance — please check your itinerary. Voya is not liable for medical emergencies, lost baggage, or trip interruptions not covered by your policy.

6. Liability Limitation

Voya acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and other service providers. We are not liable for any act, omission, or default by these third-party providers. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the package.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our control including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or civil unrest. We will endeavour to offer alternatives or refunds where possible.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Rajasthan, India.
