Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by Customer

Cancellations must be made in writing to our office. Refund amounts are calculated based on the number of days before the departure date:

The non-refundable booking deposit (typically ₹5,000–₹10,000 per person) is retained in all cases.

3. Cancellation by Voya

If we cancel your trip due to reasons within our control, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid. If cancellation is due to force majeure (natural disaster, pandemic, government restrictions), we will offer a credit note valid for 12 months or a partial refund after deducting non-recoverable costs.

4. No-Show Policy

No refund will be provided for passengers who fail to appear for departure without prior written cancellation notice.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method. International transfers may take longer.

6. How to Cancel

To cancel a booking, email us at hello@voya.in with your booking reference number and reason for cancellation. Cancellations are effective from the date we acknowledge receipt in writing.
